Here's How It Works

Apply to Host
Choose your date (Monday through Thursday only) and submit a quick request form at least 2 weeks in advance.

Promote Your Event
We’ll provide you with custom marketing materials—flyers, graphics, and more. Share them with your supporters.

Fundraise While They Play
Friends, family, and fans can swing by anytime during your scheduled event date, let us know they are there to support your event, and we’ll donate 25% of their walk-in bay rental directly to your cause.

What Counts
- Only walk-in golf bay rental sales count toward your total
- Guests must let us know they are there to support your event when checking in at the front desk
- Food, drink, and arcade purchases do not count toward your fundraiser
- Weekend dates (Friday–Sunday) are not available for fundraisers

Not Eligible:
- Personal medical/travel fundraisers
- Religious or political fundraising
- For-profit businesses or ventures
