Here's How It Works

Apply to Host
Choose your dates (Monday through Thursday only) and submit a quick request form at least 2 weeks in advance.

Promote Your Event
We’ll provide you with a custom promo code and marketing materials—flyers, graphics, and more. Share them with your supporters.

Fundraise While They Play
Friends, family, and fans book golf bays using your code during your scheduled event dates. We’ll donate 25% of those rental sales directly to your cause.

What Counts
- Only golf bay rental sales count toward your total
- Guests must use your promo code when booking or checking in at the front desk
- Food, drink, and arcade purchases do not count toward your fundraiser
- Weekend dates (Friday–Sunday) are not available for fundraisers
